AssistanceCheck Instructions AssistanceCheck is now MANDATORY for Housing Authority of Racine County applicants, tenants, and owners. AssistanceCheck (now called Assistance Connect) is an online system that allows you to check your information and communicate securely with the Housing Authority, 24/7. We are confident that you will find this system very convenient, as you can communicate with the Housing Authority 24/7, from anywhere, on any computer, tablet, or mobile phone. It makes more efficient use of resources and operations for everyone! What does AssistanceCheck offer? - Easy, secure communication between you and the Housing Authority staff; - Allows you to securely submit requested or supporting documents from anywhere; - Allows you to view information about your assistance, payments, or inspections, at any time. In order to register at https://www.assistancecheck.com/ you will need the PIN that is mailed to you from the Housing Authority. (If you applied for our program online in 2018, you already have your PIN... on your application receipt.) Please note, for security reasons, PINS will only be sent out by mail; PINS will not be given over the phone.
